About the Broker: John E. Lee (DRE: 01197640)


John started investing in off-market pre-foreclosures and foreclosed homes over two decades ago. As he quickly grew his portfolio, he sought to find real estate agents who specialized in working with investors but found that such experts were few and far between. Frustrated by this, John developed his strategy utilizing the same financial analysis techniques used by Wall Street investors. As a result, his unique approach to client services has created wealth and economic security for his clients.
 

John works with a wide array of clients. From retail buyers and sellers to private lenders, hard-money lenders, single-rental landlords, apartment owners, hotel owners, international investors, etc. He also works on property rehabilitation projects and provides advisory services to general contractors and clients.
